I agree that it should be at 147 if it's going to be for a title. Title on the line at a catchweight is BS! How can you call yourself a welterweight champ if you won't fight for the title at the welterweight limit? That's pretty ****** IMO. I defended Mayweather's fight against JMM at a catchweight because it was basically a tune up, and getting him ready for a catchweight that Pacquiao will no doubt demand. I also said that if Floyd had a welterweight title and defended it at a catchweight it would be complete BS!!
