He also lost to Robinson and Manfredy when he was already on the slide, but that is besides the point. You do not win even paper titles multiple times without skill. Robinson or Manfredy never achieved half as much as Gatti over the course of their careers.
So you like the pure boxer. That is fine and dandy. I prefer all aspects of the sport. Don't think for a second though that Desire, Punching Power, Determination, Stamina and Heart are not skills. There are so many intangibles and "skills" are not only trained, but they vary from fighter to fighter and are honed to sharpen the natural abilities that they were born with.
