I'd say its 144lbs with a 60/40 split or at 145 with a 70/30 split. It's an even match with Pacquiao bulking up and Cotto slimming down some.

Both will make tons of money and would be financially rewarded and the boxing fans will be gifted with a legendary match from bell-to-bell.

This fight will generate a lot of enthusiasm all over the world. I am predicting that if the fight happens it will break PPV record. Very interesting fight between two gentlemen fighting for bragging rights as the real p4p champion.

Loser, this fight will do good ppv #s, but will not break them, this is a meaningless fight to me, i will watch the replay but will not, not buy it. Now Pacquiao vs Mayweather i will buy. Roach and Pacquiao have went on record and said that Mosley is more dangerous than both Cotto and Mayweather. After the way Cotto performed against Clottey and barely won the fight, there won't be any credit coming from me to Pacquiao if he beats Cotto instead of Shane.
