shut up n go 2 sleep, i hate that trash talk about paying the judges, how about paying the one who signs the handwraps? go to bed youngwish

nobody ever looks at the feet. he stood there like a tree. a fighting tree. he was more solid, harder to knock down. now, i may not know all the little nuances of fighting, but i remember what my dad used to say in the barber shop when we'd watch the fights.

"look at his stance. if he dances, hell go down."

i dunno if its right or wrong, but it was the first thing i noticed. his stance.

and he WANTED to fight. not just win, but FIGHT. thats what he was there for. he was there til the end or he got knocked out.

        winner.
this is very true, the one who moves and dances with its own force he can go down wit a good connected punch, if youre still there strong, its hard for you to go down, you do have a good point, good post.

He needs a strategic trainer that will have backup plans. And will provide guidance during fights. Nazaam comes to mind or jeff mayweather

              Cotto exposed!!

Cotto proved what most true boxing fans already knew. He's not a GREAT boxer, he doesn't have GREAT defense, and he's a little more of a puncher than an average puncher. He was completely outclassed in terms of boxing skills on sat. He does have heart, but he looked like he was in survival mode from the 7th on. What is funny to me is that most Cotto fans that hate Mayweather, say they hate him because he doesn't stand and trade like Cotto. Cotto wouldn't stand and trade with the furthest thing from a knock out artist. He'll trade with Gomez and Jennings, but any decent fighter he fights, he'll be on his bike by the middle of the fight. I guess there is not a question about whether he'll beat Mayweather anymore if he struggle with a guy that doesn't have half the skill.

cotto fans hate floyd not cuz his style, cuz ivan calderon is a pure boxer and he gets alot of love, but cuz da fighters he picks and he hasnt face certain welters, u make good points of cotto tho, cotto is not da best fighter and he doesnt have 1 punch ko power, his heart usually wins him fights, around da middle of da fight he did look fatigued especially in da corners, trouble breathing, and he knew he wasnt gona ko clottey so he just started backpedaling and boxing

Yeh they need to have a plan B, C, and or even D, you got to be prepared for whatever happens in a fight, like the saying goes..

Its better to have my gun and not need it than Not having it and needing it.
