im not taking anything away from clottey but he simply stopped doing what he said he was going to do the whole fight and that was to put pressure on cotto. twice in the fight he dazed cotto and he either stepped back and smiled or just stop throwing and let cotto recover which i thought was a bit weird. then he stopped throwing in the most important rounds of the fight and just sat in the corner and let cotto tee off on him letting him take those rounds. maybe he stopped punching in fear that if the cut got worse they would stop the fight and he would deff. have no chance to win.

he does have wins over top welters like mosley and clottey but does anyone think those fight might have had a little diff. outcome if they werent in his back yard and took place either in vegas or L.A? where everyone was cheering for the other guy...

if you watch the mosley fight it looks like mosley had a date after the fight and he was trying to get out of there as soon as possible. even his corner was telling him to relax. he was going for the home run right out of the gate and never cared to pick his shots or set up punches. this was especially true after he knew that cotto couldnt hurt him.

i dont know what was going through their heads when they were in the ring with cotto. all i can comment on is what i see. what i see is that cotto doesnt like pressure and and doesnt like to get backed up cuz he doesnt fight good going backwards. thats why plaster or no plaster margarito whoops his ass again if they ever have a rematch.

Please dude, I understand that he had a gash over his eye, but that doesn't explain why Clottey was faster than him, or why he fought conventional with that cut eye in the front, or that half ass shoulder/horrible mayweather he tried to do with his cut eye the only thing exposed. During the fight you could see Cotto's punches from a mile away. Cotto and in addition to the right hand that couldn't see he got hit repeatedly with the uppercut. You're obviously blinded by your love of Cotto's nuts, next you're gonna tell me that the busted ass girl in your profile pic is hot.....LOL

The uppercuts were fine and fair, he did get caught with those, those were good but what got Cotto fcked up was Clotteys right hands, because Cotto was eatin those upper cuts like no tomorrow, no doubt he got tagged good at times but it proved that his chin HAS greatly improved, and wen Cotto did get Clottey wit uppercuts he got hit good. Cotto was more defending his left side than actually tryin to tag good, he was just throwin to back Clottey up, yea and no matter who was quicker wit the punches Cotto still had the power in his punch and it was obvious. Im glad u didnt say anything about Mayweather this time because there is NOTHIN to say about him, also u never replied to the Clottey beating Ur boy cause u know its true. Dont come wit kid **** and talk about girls wen we talkin about boxing, but yes that girl right there is beautiful, lemme c urs, oh u already got him, its ur man Floyd.
