I was just echoing the sentiments of some NSB posters the last couple of days.

He appears to be likable, a stand up guy for the most part except for beaten up his uncle. but with all that said....he lost that fight on Sat.

Now I know most say clottey didn't do enough in the championship rds, but I think he did. He chased a fleeing Cotto for last 2 rds. If clottey didn't land nothing, Cotto sure as hell didn't. he was a hurt and fatigued fighter who fled for his life the last 2 rds. So let's be clear, that wasn't ring generalship...that was buying time and clottey won that fight!

Chasin somebody and standing in front of him is not gonna win you rounds, you have to work the guy, Clottey did NOT do that, all he did was chase Cotto, stand in front of him and get hit, he did nothing to win those rounds, were u watching the actual last 2 rounds or are u talkin about 9 and 10? which 10 Cotto almost stole, but IMO he still didnt do enough

cotto really won me over with this fight, i had never really liked him for years...i mean i appreciated his entertainment factor but i just didnt like him as to call him one of "my guys" in boxing...........but after watching him win on brains and heart alone....he was basically offensively finished after 9.....then closed like a ****ing champ...

wOw, no i did not read Hyperion actually saying something good about Cotto, he must really have a HUGE impression on you for you to like him, its almost IMPOSSIBLE to actually take you serious, as if maybe ur bluffing. If you agree with the fight then it is VERY clear that he won that fight, because you were one of his 1st class haters. Say no more, much props

Cotto is a true warrior. I wonder how many other top WW's would have said they couldn't see when they knew they were winning on the scorecards.

He didn't cry once and he was getting blasted with rights cuz he was blind.
Clottey was crying way too much about fouls.

With that being said, I think the fight was close and I haven't really scored it yet cuz I drank too much, but that fight was damn close or a w for Clottey.

Lmfao, we were all like that, though i stopped drinkin wen Cotto stopped punchin n steppin back. Until the 10th round n i started it up again haha. Though yea, with all that against him and Clottey tryin to DQ him, he still came out the Victor, and if that wasnt damn well deserved than idk what was.
