IMO I dont think Cotto owes Clottey a rematch

this is a situation where even though the fight was good and competitive this was a crossroads fight where the winner deserves to move on to bigger fights. Cotto won, now he can look to big fights.

also had this been a cant miss FOTY candidate rather than a fight where there were more questions then answers then I could see a demand but it wasn't. It was more a case where it was a close fight where the guy who lost could have closed the show emphatically and instead chose not to. That's on him

I'll say this as a boxing fan and not as a cotto fan. Does Clottey deserve a rematch? HELL yea. You know why i'm not giving it to him? Because he is more dangerous than mosley, floyd, pacman, etc.

Though I picked Miguel to TKO Clottey in 9, Cotto needs to MAN up and give this guy an IMMEDIATE rematch. Real talk. It was a good fight in which I though Clottey won but it was indeed close. 116-111 is horrible! Any TRUE boxing fan knows that the fight was NOT to be scored in that manner.

I don't think so. Tough fight for Miguel, but at this point, Cotto vs Clottey II IMO won't draw. Clottey messed up by not capitalizing when he has his shot (several times).

In Boxing, you're never guaranteed another shot and if you don't take care of it the 1st time around, it doesn't say anywhere that you should get another shot (especially with Clottey letting Cotto get off when it should've been Clottey getting off)
