Does Clottey deserves an IMMEDIATE rematch?

Though I picked Miguel to TKO Clottey in 9, Cotto needs to MAN up and give this guy an IMMEDIATE rematch. Real talk. It was a good fight in which I though Clottey won but it was indeed close. 116-111 is horrible! Any TRUE boxing fan knows that the fight was NOT to be scored in that manner.

Nope. He had his chance. he had a injure fighter and he didnt took advantege of it. He lost the fight because of it. And he is always in this ugly fights headbutting people and cutting them. He will have to wait now.

He should fight WIlliams,Collazo, Quintana, some guy like that!!!!!!!!!

I disagree it was a close fight but cotto won it was no robbery it was a close fight that clottey didnt take when he could have. Saying that 116-111 was b.s 114-113 was more like it or 115-112

I say he deserves one. If Cotto can land a big money fight against Pacquiao first, then take it. Clottey should be at least second in line though.

If Cotto vs Manny does not work out, Clottey deserves an immediate one.

I agree. I had picked Cotto to win, but I just didn't see him winning at all. Clottey picked him apart with the harder, more effective and damaging punches.

He more than deserves a rematch. It was upsetting to see Clottey lose like that. That was his win imo.

Doesn't have to happen right away, though if Clottey fights Pwills. Pwills will stop him if Pwills gets Clottey in the corner like Cotto did. I personally think Wrights defense ****s over Clotteys, Cotto was able to punch through Clottey defense when Clottey was stuck in the corner. That mostly had to do with Clottey having a space inbetween his defense opened for shots, Wrights guard is tighter.

nah dnt think so Joshua Clottey did indeed put up a good fight but when world class boxers go at it you know that in other to beat the champ you really need to whip his ass not just barely beat him specially Cotto was fighting with one eye.Now u tell me if he did enough to beat Cotto i dnt think so!!!!!
