like i said, here come the floyd tactics or should i say antics. i said this right from the get go, that floyd was more than likely trying to create more of a demand for the fight.
this match up has been picked apart by everyone with at least half a brain. the only ones who were big on this fight is the floyd fanboys and the slimy media who get their slice of the pie, but the real fans and the true backbone of boxing know it's a sham. so of course, with more time they can sell it to the casual fans and more of the mexican demographic and try to squeeze out more money.
it's loud and clear of what is going on here, floyd might have an injury, who knows? one thing i do know is that if the fight was already a super success and tickets were sold out, floyd wouldn't have any kind of injury, or maybe, but i seriously doubt it, but, if the fight were sold out, he might have fought through it and not told anyone until after the match, like i said, i seriously doubt that.
look, bottom line, the real fight fans know what the deal is, we've been watching boxing long enough to know the politics and the game being played, the manipulation to gain more money, no matter what the cause, or the confusion, or down right lies, we know, we aren't dumb, it's the casual fans they're after, they care nothing to give the hardcore fans anything.Comment

I want to see fighters fight at their best, over comming being hurt is one thing but a real injury that has to be taken care of.
Floyd could be bull****ting aswell, that is not beyond him but Floyd was getting paid a lot regardless of the sales, so I would have to think he would take the payday and then worry about how he is precieved down the road (if the fight did that poorly).
It is a business and you never know, I doubt we will see real proof unless Floyd wants to parade his doctor around on 24/7 whenever the fight comes off, and even then that would be his doctor that he would be paying so I am sure they would be on Floyd's side.Comment

I agree, I guess we wont know the truth in this. Hopefully we could..I want to see fighters fight at their best, over comming being hurt is one thing but a real injury that has to be taken care of.

broken hands, now rib injury (cough*cough*). I might have to change his name from Fraud Mayweather jr. to Fragile Mayweather jr. It also describes him mentally.
I mean seriously, how can u not get injured with this kind of training:
Look at the brits, they're like the chinese when it comes to american celebrities, they act like they've never seen one before.....Comment

Yea, I hate having to take what Floyd says at face value. I normally consider him to be full of **** (even though I like him as a fighter) but if he claims to be injured, I will give him the benefit of the doubt unless proven otherwise (like if someone takes pictures of him out around town lifting heavy objects or dancing).
If he is faking an injury as a stunt he deserves whatever heat he gets, but untill I see some proof, I will accept that he is really injured.Comment

The injury changes things. Now the advantage goes to Marquez. He's going to continue training while Floyd has to rest to heal. On top of that,Marquez has been the more active fighter and fighting stiff competition. It doesn't look too good for Floyd.Comment
