At first I thought the injury was legit.

This pretty much proves that it isn't.

1.) The rib isn't broken. Therefore it shouldn't take that long to heal.

2.) I find it more than coincidental that the "injury" will be healed up in time for the fight to go off on the weekend of Mexican Independence.

It's a cheap ploy on his part to generate more intrest, and get Mexicans' money.

I was hoping Marquez would pull the win off to begin with.

Now I'm hoping he does even more.

I know some how, mayweather fans are gonna create some excuse for him. You say it's impossible, but those PBF fans are very creative.

I don't know man a rib muscle/cartalage thing are a *****. I had a friend who had an injury like that and he was messed up for a while, it is not just the pain but it is also really easy to reinjure something like that, he was out of commission for lieka year total (but he was just some dude not a world class athlete, who would probably have much better medical care).

If they say he has to rest for 6 weeks, if it is this type of injury he would not be able to do any type of training, for a gym rat such as Floyd he would probably think he would need all that time to get back what he needs.

Floyd is not above bull ****ting though, it could also be a little of both.
