Clottey still out landed Cotto...last six minutes..six rouds or six days..whatever.

You can't slam Clottey for not doing enough when Cotto DID EVEN LESS.

At least he wasn't flying around the ring like a chicken.

**** Clottey. Anyone with half a brain cell can see how he threw the fight. He blew at least 4 rounds which he should have done more.

Props to Cotto, smart game plan; avoided that right hand the last few rounds. That cut was bad and ent it a coincidence that most of the fighters that big headed mutha***a fights they get cut? I think its Clotteys game plan to cut the opponent.

But i scored it 115-112 Cotto.

Cotto fought a smart fight. He avoided that right hand the last few rounds and this won him the fight. Clottey didnt throw **** in the last 2 rounds. He was outboxed.

Cotto isn't Hatton, He still has time to be able to improve his game with a new trainer. Cotto has proven he can fight more than one way but he just needs someone to help improve his game while on the backfoot.

As I said, at times, it looked like Margarito all over again.

And had Clottey been a bigger puncher, or a more willful opponet, the outcome may have been entirely different.

He needs a real trainer, to teach him real techniques for defense.
          Agreed.

Early on it was a boxing match with both guys in the centre of the ring, It was when the cut occured that Cotto resorted to fighting on the backfoot.

I feel if Cotto gets a new trainer who can teach him on to fight on the backfoot effectively and help him with his defense, he will become a better fighter. Like i said above Cotto isn't like Hatton, He has a much wider set of skills and and would improve with a new trainer.

Cotto didn't land enuff in the last 2 rounds to give him this fight.

Clottey landed a whole lot more than Cotto....he set the pace and pressed the action.

CLOTTEY MADE THE FIGHT..He wan't the one scrambling backwards.

            Again..

You can't slam Clottey for not doing enough when Cotto did even LESS.

Well its obvious now that he can not. He doesn't clinch with these guys because they are stronger then him, and he will get tired in the clinches. Also I don't prefer or favor one over the other, and I saw Clottey winning that fight, people are putting too much into the last round, what about the other 11. I score rounds by ring generalship, clean punching, effective aggression, and based on who is doing damage to opponents, and you have to admit Clottey was ahead in each category, Cotto's flurries at the end of rounds after he would lose the first two mins didn't impress me. I had it 115-112 for Clottey.

Cotto is as good as he'll get...Just like Hatton.

Cotto is 160+ in the ring...Hatton can't do that.

Straight up ; Cotto did very little in the final 2 rounds.

But Clottey did even less. Literally nothing at all.

Therefore you score those 2 rounds for the guy who at least did something.

                  That man was Cotto.

And that's what sealed the victory.

                  Point blank.

Clottey has about 5 fans on here compared to the 300 Cotto fanboys.

The polls are fairly close who won, I think that speaks volumes.

Clottey easily won this fight. The only time it looked close was when Cotto was running like a ***** the last two rounds.

How could you possibly have Cotto winning I had clottey ahead three rounds .I the refree to points for the body slam, the hit to the back of head ,or the low blow that missed.Cotto is a runner just like floyd mayweather. At least mayweather runs from the start to the end cotto runs when his ass is getting beat.

Cotto is no real puerto rican
