When it comes to live gate Floyd isn't a huge draw imo. People will pay to see him fight on PPV against good fighters but they aren't willing to drop 300+ on him to see him fight live. The cheap seats were bought up mainly by Mexicans and the fight is in July which is god awful in Vegas. Floyd just isn't a great attraction where people travel all over the country. Americans have too many sports and far too many athletes. Cotto, Hatton, and Pacquaio are from countries that don't have many great fighters so people are willing to travel great distances to see them fight. It also doesn't help that Floyd isn't the most offensively exciting fighters.

I just checked stub hub, and there are only a total of 68 tickets available. Ticketmaster has very few tickets left, and its hard to even find tickets that seat more than 2 together.

Should'nt Mr. Cash Cow of boxing have sold this arena out by now? I mean according to him, all the tickets and ppv's that were sold for his fight with Oscar were due to him.

I tried buying tickets, but I couldn't find any worth buying. All the cheaper tickets were gone through ticketmaster

He's got to worry about those billionaires who make their living off destroying the black community by not only selling them the product but having them distribute it therefor not only killing themselves but getting incarcerated when they get caught doing it.

yeah, but if you go on ticket master and try to buy a large amount of tickets at a time (for any price range) you wont be able to unlike the Mayweather v. Marquez fight.

Well i can still buy 10 tickets from ticketmaster right now for the saturday fight between cotto/clottey so that proves my point. And we still have over a month to the july 18the fight, Its about time that you dont hang on to every little word that comes out of Mr boat buyers mouth....Unless you're Leonard ellerbe..

Not like the United States. PR has a lot of good smaller weighted guys but the guys that they really get behind are guys at lightweight or above which they don't have that many. Hence why Miguel and Tito were able to be big box office draws. Philippines doesn't have many great fighters so they are able to save up and go see Manny fight 3 times a year.
