You have to take into account several things:

1: Manny Pacquiao is a better fighter than he was when he fought Marquez.

2: Marquez is getting older. His age will catch up with him at some point soon.

3: Marquez has looked slower and more vulnerable when moving up in weight (it's why Floyd wants to fight him above 140 -- JMM is way out of his depth, trust me).

4: I believe 140 is Manny's most comfortable weight class, it's the perfect weight for him. It's possible Manny was slightly drained for the Marquez fights. Marquez was being pushed around by Juan Diaz at 135. So how is he gonna handle an improved fighter in Pacquiao at a higher weight? Don't forget, aside from the 4 knockdown's, Marquez ended up walking to the wrong corner at one point. And you're saying he wasn't hurt?

Seriously, I'm not just saying it because Manny is my fav fighter, but JMM will never beat Pacquiaio. I would not be surprised at all if he KO's Marquez.

JMM is a HOF'er. I'm not sure if he's an ATG

I scored both Pacman fights in his favour, hence why I rank him as ATG. A win over Floyd cement his legacy even more.
gonna have to wait for JMM to retire to know for sure.

In my opinion he is. He got robbed out of a decision in Indonesia against a guy who went on to make 10 defenses of his title as the #1 guy in the division. Holds wins over Barrera (close), Casamayor (borderline HOF), Juan Diaz, Gainer, Peden, Juarez, and will have one over Floyd. I had him also outpointing Manny Pacquiao in the rematch. He's also won titles in three weight divisions.

losing to Chris John at his prime, winning over a shot and aged Casamayor would not make him a top 50......I put Morales and Barrera at the top 50 ATG though

if there is such thing as a top 100 ATG, then yes....
if he beats Mayweather (10% chance), then yes....

                    otherwise, No

No not right now, but definitely HOF

He didn't fought Morales during the Featherweight Wars that time

                      Casamayor's & Juan Diaz's a good win, 1 lost 1 draw against Pac
