A boxer doesn't have to be found quilty in the court of Law to be suspended in Boxing if he gets caught cheating. Boxing and their commisions have their on rules and regulation which boxers have to go by, and the law has nothing to do with it. Lets say a boxer test positive several times in boxing he can be banned for life however no Judge in the Court of Law needs to find him guilty for him to be banned.

And for those who still beleive that he didn't know what was put into his hands when Capetillos was wrapping his own hand, YES THE HANDS THAT ARE BEING WRAPPED IN FRONT OF YOU, ONCE AGAIN, HIS OWN HANDS that's just plain ignorance.

I still don't understand why people, very few like you I must add, say that this was crooked by any other influence beside the boxers side.

Nobody of "no higher influence" like you think, put the proven ilegal wraps on Margarito's hands. Having said that 1 year suspention is to soft for a boxer that was willing to illegaly do physical damage to an oponnent.

The onlything crooked here will be if any "higher influence" lowers the suspention to anything less then an already low punishment.

He's currently suing the California commission. He said in that article that he was probably getting his license back by the end of the month. Obviously he's winning his case if he's getting his license back. If he's winning his case than that means he was never in the wrong in the first place. This is just simple logic and should'nt need an explaination.

PROBABLY, doesnt mean hes getting his license back and has been exonerated of any wrong doing. He says his lawyers are working on it and hes confident he'll get it back..Read carefully.

This is the thing all of you don't understand, it DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOU THINK.

What matters is that if Marg can win a couple of fights, he can claw his way back into the title picture.

Look at the Berto fight for example, Berto IMO is a very good up and coming fighter but he was criticized because the fight wasn't exciting enough.

Marg brings excitement, he will get fights for that if nothing else. I do think he cheated and think he deserves what he got. To those of you that don't think it was enough.....he has lost millions and his career is in the balance.

He has a long way to go before he can be considered for a title fight but if anyone could do it, it would be him. He's fought up hill his entire career and this is nothing new to him.
