The act of "trying " to sue does not make you right. Not to mention its a PR move just to take light off his disgrace. Anyone can try and sue anyone...doesn't change the facts and will never change popular opinion based on his actions. Ive never seen the obvious toyed with so much.

See I said before that there was a good chance that this was just Margarito getting ****ed by the politics of boxing. Behind the scenes they can do anything in boxing. Just look at what happend in Finland last week. If Marg gets his license back this month then obviously he was never guilty. He has a case agaisnt the California athletic commision but nobody ever talks about it. The Media and fans jumped on the guy before anyone even knew the facts. Of course the media ain't going to say **** about his case being overturned because they would look like a bunch of ****in idiots.

Listen ! this is the real world and in the real world things are wicked. The commission has no reason to try and take money and fighters away from boxing it makes no sense. But it does make sense that Margacheato tries and sue to save face.
There are many people who sue landlords after falling in front of their building that had absolutely nothing to do with the landlord and they win(no justice but this happens) Car accidents where people are sued and did nothing wrong(but this is what happens).

Two reasons your wrong.

1. An employer is responsible for the actions of his employees. Margarito pays his trainers salary hense he is responsible. period.

2. Many fighters have already come forward (including great Mexican fighters, Barrera being one) that have said they all know what a trainer is doing to the wraps.

Maybe you should watch boxing. wake up!

Yea exactly this is the real world and when powerful people want you out of the way they'll get you out of the way. This is boxing the most crooked sport around. Guess what it's not the fighters making it crooked, it's the people pulling the strings. I never said it was the commision. There was some higher influence and I think that the commision is realizing that they did'nt have the facts and that they made a mistake.

im not defending margarito. but if im honest, i think the majority of the blame must be placed on his trainer. There can be no doubt that the trainer knew what he was doing. It is possible margarito knew that his trainer was wrapping with illegal wraps. But it is also possible margarito was not aware. so for the haters out there, you must realise that you have 0 proof that a) margarito knew what his trainer was wrapping with, and b) that he used illegal wraps against cotto or anybody else for that matter.

I agree with you on B but not on A.
How could you not know what is being wrapped on your hand in front of you. It's not like they remove Margarito's hands from him, took the hands to another room, wrapped the hands and brought them back to Margarito and then glued the hand back on Margarito.
Come on people let's get real, even if this most ****** and unbeleivable excuse of the world of Margarito (not knowing what's being wrapped om you hands) is true the boxer need to suffer the consecuences. Ignorance is not an excuse if any boxer's physical trainer would inject him with a substance it's the boxer responsability to know what is being injected to his body. Same with the wrap, it is the boxers responsibity to know what's being put on his hands.
