Mosely camp didn't handle the wrap. they requested them to be unwrapped after noticing that they wraps were to hard after touching the hand already wrapped. When the commision inspector instructed Margarito to unwrap his hands the substance fell from within the wraps and then was taking by the inspector for investigation. By the way Capetillo already admited to placing the evidence in his wraps.

There are several interviews with both ****m richardson & shane mosley himself when they said they brought the wraps in their locker room. So from margaritos locker room all the way to the mosley locker room, who was handling the wraps?
