Williams' promoter Dan Goossen became upset when he made his daily run to BoxingScene.com and saw a particular news brief that caught his attention very quickly. [details]
Mosley deserves a big fight. He just finished Mayorga and Margarito I think he should fight Mayweather next.

Paul is an awesome welterweight and could possibly be the best but that fact that no welter wants any of what Paul Williams has to give will always give him a big question mark. We have seen him beaten BUT he avenged his loss in an impressive fashion.

I personally think Mosley cannot beat him and wont challenge him for that simple fact. MOsley wants to end his career against someone who doesnt pose a major threat like Williams. Williams has all the gifts to dominate welter an 80 inch reach high workrate an array of punches coming from far away. It would only take a strong slick fighter to beat him. Quintana did it once but when Paul came at him throwing heavy hard and in high numbers early he didnt give Quintana time to adjust to a game plan he kept him on his heels similar to Cotto ending in a KO

Mosley would beat williams. Too much experience on Mosleys part and his movement, power, and stamina, plus great advide from richardson, would be too much for Paul. People are once again sleeping on Mosley saying hes going to lose, when they forgot about his last performance.

Yeah but Pwill is way better then the first Quintana fight and like I said, martinez keeps his hands down way to much to beat Williams. not to mention he doesnt throw very much. It would be a decent fight but Martinez would have no ansewers. but to be real, I dont know who else he can fight

its very difficult facing a fighter of williams body type, plus the man throws punches and punches and more punches on top of that!!! i would love to see the fight made, I feel williams' work rate would be too much for shane to handle

Margarito throws MORE punches than Paul, plus theyr harder punches(thanks to plater of paris) but like i said Shane and Richardson wouldcomeup with a great gameplan to tame the punisher. If Quintana could do it, so can shane.

I would love to see this fight. But i think Shane wants to line his pockets a little before he takes a chance like that.

Pwill screwed himself when he left the ww division. him being ducked is b.s. he shouldve stayed and fought clottey or another ww and forced a fight with the top guys. marg ducked him after he beat cotto. he shouldve avenge his loss but thats it. no one was givin clottey a shot but he waited and now he's gettin his shot with cotto. pwill screwed himself, he shouldve stayed if he wants a fight at ww

like margs work rate was too much to handle for shane? honestly i think pwill would put up a better fight but at 147 mosley wins. too bad mosley is looking to get paid cuz it would be a interesting fight.
