I think any time you put two counter-punchers in the ring you are in for a boring fight especially when one is more hesitant to throw (Floyd). But, if I had to pick between the two I had to give it to Benitez because when he countered he did so following up with combinations as suppose to pop shotting (Floyd again).

He neat one of the best ever at 140 and at time was the man at 140. benitez became lineal champ at 17 years old. Noody will accomplish that!

And he outox teh **** out of Cervantes, badly. The scorecards ere a bit off IMO. bbentez dominated atleast 11 rounds!!

And in teh fight with hearns I thought he could have won it, but politics ruined that!!!

hearns and leonard both stated that he is the best fighter they had ever seen and fought!

We can attribute that to his crazy partied life style. Between Benitez and Gomez I don’t know which hit the party scene harder between fights.

el radar went 15 rounds vs prime leonard before getting tko'd (their stared down before the fight is gotta be in the ATG stare down list), went 15 rounds vs prime tommy hearns & beat a 2 loss duran.

wins vs cervantes at 17, vs a 1 loss palomino. duran, & fights vs prime leonard & hearns equals a higher standing than fraudulent jr. as of right now.
