Its a big deal because he has been at 147 for the better part of 3 years. Whats that old saying, "either ****, or get off the pot"? The worst part is he tries to make everybody who doesn't meet his fanancial standards seem unworthy.Comment

Nobody is going to make them do anything, just like nobody is making JMM go up for Floyd. But is historicly tougher for a smaller guy to beat a bigger guy than vice versa. That isn't even arguable.
and like I said, nobody forced Oscar to come in at the same weight the day after the weigh in.Comment

Marquez and Pacquiao=great fighters indeed, but having to fight way out of their comfort zones to accomodate senor jetski caravan.Comment

he is? is that why he struggled against casamayor and got rock and wobbled against a good but feather fisted diaz?
he didn't dominate at 135, just struggled. now up the weight and quality/skills/power of the opponent and draw a picture of what's going to happen
EDIT: it's not about attention. it's just that every thread i go to, i find dumb posts and most of them belong to youComment

Floyd said he's only coming back for legacy. So far it's only for money. Legacy will be if he takes on Pac at 140 and Cotto at 147. My hat's off for Mayweather if he does just that, but I wouldn't bet on it.Comment

Well, people are gonna be sobbing over this one for a while. I mean after July 18th, people will demand Mayweather vs Pacquiao. What Cotto should do is, specifically call out Mayweather, Keyword: specifically, not the usual, "I'll fight anybody", I want him to say, "I'd like to fight Mayweather". Hopefully, by that time, Cotto can keep on winning.Comment
