I know you've heard the saying "A good big man will almost always beat a good small man". I could literally name dozens of incidences where this proves true.

Yea I've heard of it, but its just that, a saying. Id like you to name some if you can then ask yourself if their styles and skills didnt have more to do with it than weight. Leonard was a good small man that beat good big men. Its about skills and styles moreso than weight, IMO.

Listen, all you guys are making too much of a big deal about
this Floyd/JMM fight. Juan Marquez brother even said wieght
would not be an issue for JMM so why are all of you sweating
it for? If JMM said he is ready and willing to give Floyd the fight
of his life and plans to go out and beat Floyd, why are all
of you still on this Light Weight argument? JMM was going up
after Pacquiao at 140 anyways, so what's 4 more pounds?
He was prepared to chase Pac anyways and he even called
out Mayweather so obviously he ain't scared.

I read on here all the time how people give Manny props
for beating Oscar and Hatton (Both bigger guys) and JMM
is a lil bigger than Pac or the same size right? & he is a durable
fighter and one of the best in the world, so what's the problem?
If many of you think that he has no chance against Floyd just
say it but to discredit JMM for moving up for a real challenge is
just an excuse to discredit Floyd.

I also read how Pacquiao would knock Floyd out but I bet if Floyd
cleans Manny's clock then he would have been too big for Pac?
Mosley's too old after Floyd beats him and Cotto's been through
wars? Face it guys, it's not about Floyd facing the toughest or
best guys, it's about him losing and that's your overall wish to happen
to him. What makes Mosley/Cotto chances of beating Floyd more
than JMM/Pac? Why because their bigger? Didn't Floyd serve Baldomir
and Oscar? Both bigger guys by like 16 pounds? Cotto is 5'7" same
size as JMM and Mosley is smaller than Oscar was at 154, so how is Cotto/Mosley so much of a threat size wise? Floyd's height and
reach is more than Cotto's. Oscar was 35 when Floyd fought him
and Mosley is going on 38? PEOPLE please stop with the excuses.

competition level? casamayor had to steal a decision to keep his lineal title and later put it on the line against marquez. diaz had him on a rock fest until he got cut up

marquez never struggled to make weight. he moved up to chase after pac. he was going to move up to 140 to chase after pac. he is gonna move up to a floydweight of 144

What does P4P number 2 mean, when Mayweather is getting ****ted on for facing JMM at a catch weight of 144. Really, what does it mean?

Manny Pacquiao beat Oscar and Hatton right? So what point are
you trying to make? Was Oscar and Hatton an easy fight for Pac?
is that what your saying? Of course not because you give him
full credit for them wins I'm sure. Most likely more than Floyd.

                  You're probably right.

What Cotto should do is, specifically call out Mayweather, Keyword: specifically, not the usual, "I'll fight anybody", I want him to say, "I'd like to fight Mayweather". Hopefully, by that time, Cotto can keep on winning.
This I don't agree with at all. Cotto has expressed interest in fighting Floyd on a number of occasions, and May knows this full well. Obviously Floyd is in the drivers seat so he should get the ball rolling. Not saying it doesn't take two to tango, but if Floyd calls for this fight there is a much better chance of it getting made than Cotto calling for it again..

So JMM had Manny rocked a couple of times after being knocked down
a combined 4 times in 2 fights and still got a draw and a questionable
win. Does that make Manny any weaker than Diaz and Casamayor?

U like WWE don't u? So instead of Mayweather, who claims to be be the king of boxing, who claims to be a welterweight, go ahead and fight the top dogs of what's supposed to be HIS division, should just wait for people to call him out and he will fight them...because they disrespected him by calling him out...

I imagine Floyd will fight Khan after this one since he called him out and Khan has a whole country behind him and is a great fighter; or at least u guys will believe that right? or do u need to wait for mayweather to tell u that?
