Berto-Collazo... was a GREAT fight... back and forth action... a HEART fight, all the way down to the buzzer... it doesnt even matter who you think won... thats was an ENTERTAINING fight.

The point being that the Collazo fight has been the exception to a career littered with cherry picking. The following fights have all been televised on HBO:

        - Miguel Figueroa
        - Norberto Bravo
        - David Estrada
        - Michel Trabant
        - Miki Rodriguez
        - Steve Forbes
        - Luis Collazo
        - Juan Urango

The fights with Figueroa, Estrada and Forbes were co-feature bouts on HBO WCB. Bravo and Trabant were B.A.D. show openers. The rest have headlined BAD shows.

Of the eight, the only two that had any business being on HBO were Estrada and Collazo. That's basically the point.

          Its over.....Hes done IMO.....

There is no legit welter that he can fight that wont whoop his ass.
berto can improve if he gets a new trainer.

his current b!tch azz trainer teaches him to hold and clinch. someone should shoot that douche-bag.

berto's career has been carefully ochestrated, but this kid needs to lose so that he can get a real trainer who doesn't teach him how to hold and clinch.

He will be 26 in less than 4 months REED......He is not that young for god sake Ricky hatton is 30 and people are saying he is finished....Fernando Vargas fought Trinindad 5 days before his 23rd birthday. He was 24 when he stepped in the ring with Oscar De La Hoya. Berto haas been handled with kid gloves long enough it is time to let him get in there with a real threat so we can see what he can do. I stated this yesterday and I stand on my position he never really tried to hurt or go after urango even after he learned that was the better boxer faster and stronger man. He had plenty of rounds in the bank in everybodys mind he was trying to make a statement but instead of punching and moving he was grabbing and hugging us to sleep....Lefty
