Dude it was hardly a stumble backwards Reed the ropes held him up and he was clearly hurt . Look at the below from 4:05 on he is grabbing and holding Collazo is sticking both his arms out pleading with the reff....Lefty

Nah man... he got hit CLEAN.. but it didnt hurt him... he got hit, and it threw him off balance stumbling backwards.. when Collazo came rushing in, Berto tied him up... which is exactly what he SHOULD HAVE done.

Did you watch RIGHT AFTER the ref split them up?

Berto wasnt swaying in the wind.. he went right back to boxing, and had the same posture and everything.

Lefty.... he stumbled back on the ropes from being off balance, it was a clean shot that landed.. he tied up.. and went back to boxing immediately when the ref split them up.

Berto didnt go into a shell on the ropes, holding his hands up. He immediately went back to boxing............ REED.

He TIED him up they got split and then for the rest of the round he was constantly tying him up. I mean to the point that the reff warned him for holding. The HBO announcers especially Lennox made it a point to say it doesnt warrant a warning for holding when you are hurt. he was HURT anyone with two eyes could see that. Maybe not to the point where he could be finished but shaken up enough to just not ant to get hit like that again and start holding. I watched the entire round and I saw him holding.

he gets the straight left at 4:04 from there on out at 4:07, 4:22, 4:37, 4:48 he holds. he seems to regain himself here and goes on the attack with Collazo against the ropes then again at 5:05, 5:47 and 5:57 he initiates some more clinches. DAMN REED he was holidng son....Lefty

I'd rather watch Floyd Mayweather fight any night instead of Andre Berto. And that says a lot to me.

He was clinching but it wasnt because he was hurt IMO... he didnt look hurt, he didnt act hurt, he wasnt stumbling, he didnt look faded or out of it... he had his balance the entire time... He was clinching to try and stop Colazzos momentum, he threw a punch and clinched to not give luis a chance to fire back or counter...

He was stunned, when that clean punch landed.

Collazo kept coming at him full speed, full force, and Berto was trying to slow his pace down.

I did not see him holding because he was hurt and out of it.
