Its funny, Winding up the calzaghe hacks.

For all the crap about calzaghe not avoiding anyone, i like to use this quote.

      Calzaghe in 2003.

This is London magazine has been established for over 65 years, providing readers with information about events, exhibitions, music, concerts, theatre and dining. As life returns to normal, Londoners are heading back into the Capital and many visitors are already coming from further afield.

      Quote:
"I could probably give Jones a tough fight, probably the best fight he's ever had," said Calzaghe. "But I know my capabilities and unless I got paid the crown ***els I wouldn't want to risk it."

Then to top if off, when your better, you dont even fight the guy you pulled out against, instead you fight bums like Manfredo etc.

Ps. Before you respond, remember hopkins not only called out joe at 43, but got in the ring with him.

Asking for an unreasonable amount of money is not the same as getting an injury which prevents you from performing at your peak. Yes........its still not the same.

As I said before, Calzaghe tried to fight Johson again afterwards but he lost any momentum he had by bottling it against Woods.

Yes Joe called Hopkins out throughout his career and.......nothing.
Hopkins calls out Joe and.......the fight gets done.

indeed as it would've been fun in their respective primes.

Like all fighters, Calzaghe spoke out of both sides of his mouth. But the bottom line is that it is what it is.

Yes, calzaghe TRIED to fight Johnson, but Johnson got robbed by woods so calzaghe had no choice but to stay at 168 and fight the Bika's and manfredo's of boxing. Poor Calzaghe.

Joe says to the boxing champs "come to some remote valley in wales to fight me, i make no PPV money im not a big name, and you get some ****ty WBO title in return, if you dont fight me, your ducking me"

              Then its

"Oh your 40 years old now, ill come over and fight you"

You are projecting things I have never said nor implied.

The fight with Hopkins was proposed for America.

If anyone wants to have a sensible discussion about Dawson, they can stop talking **** how calzaghe being way more skilled, they are both talented fighters.

                      Why??

Proper answers, none of that rule britannia, council estate, welfare check nonsense we normally see on these forums
