I think Chad has done the right thing. Erase all doubt about his
presence in the sport of Boxing by giving the only man to best
him a rematch and beat him. Dawson is going to have to come
to the ring with his killer instinct for this fight.

Because Chad has Johson on his resume as a blemish
even though he won the decision. Why fight Cloud
with no stage and fight Johnson to shut down all doubt
and get on televison while doing it? I for one cannot
understand why would people say Dawson is ducking
Cloud rematching Johnson? That's the fight so many
on here has been calling for and discrediting Dawson
      on.

Johnson deserves the fight. I had it 7-5 for Glenn the first time.

Eventually some of the big guns will move up and they'll be looking for the top dog of the LHW's. I wouldn't bet on it being anyone but Dawson. So staying will make long term sense.
Yeah but judging by the way he looks fighting these old guys he's probably going to get laid out when he fights some young blood.

Why should Dawson fight Cloud? who the hell is Tavoris Cloud? a NOBODY.
175 is dead, he should go down and fight Lacy,Froch, and Taylor if he wants a good pay day.

This is good news for Dawson.

He and Johnson have unfinished business.

Definitely the best move for Dawson.

But as for Cloud he seriously needs to look into some new management. He's been sitting around for almost a year now with people probably telling him that a big money fight with Dawson or Tarver coming. But now he'll probably have to go to England to fight Woods for less and may even lose in doing so.

Glen Johnson rematch > Dawson fighting Tavoris Cloud.

Cloud is actually pretty good, and his win over Julio Cesar Gonzalez was pretty impressive from what Ive heard. but honestly, the time isnt right for Dawson vs Cloud.

once Cloud beats Clinton Woods, then the fight is much more interesting.
