Plenty of fights to be made at 175. There's 2 german based champions (Garay and linear champion Zsolt Erdei). If he would travel to Germany he would pick up some serious cash and he'll be a heavy favourite as well.

The money is big in Germany. Remember that Felix Sturm defended against a japanese no-hoper and still earned a whopping 1.1 million euros in what was really just a heated sparring session.

Because you heavily expose to a bad dissision in Germany as time has proven over and over plus why should the name and draw at 175 go over and fight someone on his home turf. Those fights would not happen here either because those two names are unkown in the states and the hard core fans who do know who they are know that quite frankly that they have been in soft and are a true definition of paper champs. Dawson is legit he beat adimek and tarver and a controvesial decsion against johnson who fully deserves a remach. Dawson obviously does not care about belts he cares ab out being the best and he knows to not let controvesial fights stay that way he understands that he has to take care of buisness and he will get a descent payday plus a lot of respect johnson is no joke.

lol Tarver was done just as soon as Roy Jones was..... Tarver wan never anything special. Just the guy that got Roy at the right time. Roy made him, thats about it.

I would much rather see a Dawson Johnson fight than a fight against Cloud, cant believe anyone would not want to see this fight there first fight was excellent. I don't care about belts.

Chad Dawson prefers to fight 40 year olds rather than younger, dangerous opponents like Tavoris Cloud and Adrian Diaconu.

He should have taken care of his mandatory first, then rematched Johnson. There's no reason he can't fight three times in a year.

Tavoris is a nobody in Showtime or HBO, brings no money, therefore, why bother go downward instead of up? IBF cries 2 much, they can go 2 hell.

IBF stripped Dawson, IBF stripped Clottey. And they still call themselves a sanctioning body. When will the time come again when tere was one undisputed champion of a division. Instead of having all these bums that should not be called world champions fighting for the lesser belts.
