Paul Williams spanked Cotto's daddy, he got a RJ-Griffin II-style revenge against his lone loss Quintana, he overwhelmed Winky Wright for 12 rounds, he stopped Phillips who hasn't been stopped since 1988 before that stoppage, and he took care of his stay busy fight against Kolie, in 1 round.

While Cotto stopped Alfonso Gomez in 5(a tune-up), Quit against Margarito, and stopped a confidence builder, Michael Jennings in 5(a confidence builder guys).

I voted Williams, but with an impressive win over Clottey Cotto could jump back ahead. They're both very close to each other in my opinion.
