Who do you rate higher CURRENTLY P4P?

Between Paul Williams and Miguel Cotto as of May 26th 2009. To me they are both world class fighters, but I find it puzzling that people could rate Cotto higher than Williams seeing as Cotto just lost to a worldclass fighter and is yet to bounce back, while Williams has been on a tear for a while now. Vote and discuss, but please lets not get into a tit for tat childish flame war here.

Paul Williams spanked Cotto's daddy, he got a RJ-Griffin II-style revenge against his lone loss Quintana, he overwhelmed Winky Wright for 12 rounds, he stopped Phillips who hasn't been stopped since 1988 before that stoppage, and he took care of his stay busy fight against Kolie, in 1 round.

While Cotto stopped Alfonso Gomez in 5(a tune-up), Quit against Margarito, and stopped a confidence builder, Michael Jennings in 5(a confidence builder guys).

Paul Williams has avenged all of his losses and beat the guy who KO'd Cotto. There is no argument whatsoever for Cotto and he shouldnt even be in the top ten.
