How do you rank Pacquiao at Welterweight?

i cant rate him but i think he can mix it with the best of them

he'd lost to cotto and mosley but would probably beat the rest.

manny's a natural 140 - on fight night he always weighs 143, i think he's too small for today's prime welters like berto. the drag queen was shot, that fight didn't prove anything else

he cant be ranked...roach wont let him fight natural ww at ww so how can he be ranked(no his fault but still)

Nah he had been weighing 144 and above at fight night since the morales fight. Fight night against dela Hoya was 149, against hatton was 148. I mean, if a boxer had fought once at welterweight, he should officially be rated at that weight, right?

Was wondering what number he would be rated at ww, not necessarily at top welterweights.

outside the top 5 until he fights a top ww. same goes for floyd, jmm aint a ww so he wont count as a top ww.

He's only fought one fight, against a dehydrated De la Hoya. I think he can be ranked at 140, he just took Hattons spot. So top 5/10 at 140. Top Welterweight is between Mosley, Cotto, Clottey, and Mayweather.
