I want to see him fight good people aswell, JMM is a start we will all see what happeans with his comeback. Lots of people seem to be judging his comeback before it even starts, that hardly seems fair because no one knows the future, and if Floyd needs money he can only try to make the biggest fight out there (to make the money he wants he can not fight no names).
Mayweather: I was ready to give Hatton a rematch after Marquez and then Retire!

When I say underachieved i mean that with praise. Floyd has had a great career no question, but with his talent level i see no reason why he shouldnt be an atg top 10. if he truly wanted that i believe he could. the fact that he isn't trying for it is disappointing from a fan's perspective. Compare that now to Manny who isn't nearly as naturally talented or been in boxing as long, but i think it's fair to say that manny is trying to find his ceiling where as floyd isn't.Comment

Affraid is a strong word, apprehensive unless he gets paid what he wants sure. I mean I feel Floyd on a certain level, to take on his toughest challenges he wants to be paid accordingly, if you are not getting paid accordingly for the toughest fights why take them? I know I would do the same pretty much so how can I fault Floyd for how I would act?
People if they are honest would say the same thing, the vast majority anyways.
so can floyd...Comment

His career is not over yet so we will see how it plays out. Floyd could have done more with his career to this point, he retired for almost two years in his prime. To me though that does not really change what he actually did, and I have liked Floyd's career (is it perfect no, but to me perfection is impossible there will always be another guy to fight and no fighter can whoop father time or make time to fight every single guy since you can only fight one guy at a time).Comment

I assume that is how he will make money in his comeback, I do not think he can get paid what he wants against guys that are not very good. We will see what happeans with his comeback though because I can not predict the future and will not try.Comment

That is a fair enough. I would not exactly call Floyd hungry, well he is hungry hungry for money. Money can be one hell of a motivating factor to a greedy person.Comment
