If Pacquiao is gonna fight one of these guys I hope he chooses Mosley instead of Cotto. Mosley deserved the decision over Cotto. Cotto got smashed by Margarito. Mosley destroyed Margarito. Mosley has a better claim to the throne. A Mosley victory does more for Manny's legacy. Plus Mosley needs the money more than Cotto.

but would Chavez Jr. vs Pacquiao make a lot of money at this point?

granted Jr. is making his splash right now simply on being the son of a legendary fighter.

so with that in mind, would JCC Jr. vs Pacquiao be a big money fight? and I'd doubt it would be "for the most money"

since I don't really see the public buying into what would be (on paper at least) a mismatch.

**how well did the Diaz/Pacquiao fight sell?

JCC jr makes all kinds of money selling out fights in Mexico with ppv money to back it, but would he anywhere else?

Cotto has a good following, but I don't see him as having the Tito Trinidad type following as of yet.

Pac could make money off of anyone now, how much is really the question.

itused to be that after a big fight you got to take an easy one, pac should thake out a 135 pounder and call it a carreer, JMM is a good end fight for pac, im hopin this happens and i actually believe it would be a solid fight going 12 rounds with pac getting a good desision and JMM finally accepting a clear loss to pac

October 17. The Pacquiao camp f@cked this up. I don't think Floyd is going to fight Pacman with less than 3 months preperation. Depending on the Cotto Clottey fight I think Cotto is there first choice Cuz Bob will make money on both ends. Then Shane will fight Mayweather in November or December and Pacquiao vs Mayweather on 5 de Mayo weekend.

I can only dream of this happening.

Roach feels that Cotto is the easier fight, he said they have a better chance at beating Cotto than beating Mayweather because Cotto is a "come-forward fighter" (no defense, there to be hit), and Floyd "runs too much" (too much defense, tough style to beat).

Side note: I did not make this up, Roach was quoted on saying this, it was on BScene a couple of weeks ago.

If Clottey wins, the path is clearer cuz you know Clottey ain't gonna get a Pac fight.
