Your right Floyd uses it not only for defense but for bait thats why when he curls the shoulder you dont move in you move back and crank the left hook into the shoulder ball and move away .

Mayweather I believe would have like... a 7 inch reach advantage over Pacquiao. Moving away or stepping back in a straight line after flurrying would spell doom for Paquiao.

Don't overestimate the power of his workrate. When he has a moving target I reckon he will get less punches off, and he doesn't seem like the kind who likes to punch thin air. Calslappy threw alot of punches against punchbag Lacy but what happened to his workrate V B-Hop? he neded up fighting a cagey fight. Expect the same disparity between the Oscar demolition and this match up. If Pacman wins, I reckon he will have ot box clever as well as try to outwork Mayweather. he will find it very hard to just outwork him. How do you see Pacman winning from a tactical viewpoint? Combnations? left hand?

The reason I would do it is because its unorthodox and its easy to land there as its not protected in any way , I dont think you will beat a thinking fighter of Floyds caliber with regular moves , youve got to get him second guessing .

I know what you mean but if you are orthodox, your left hook will land on the flat side of his shoulder when he rolls. if you are southpaw throwing a right hook, it will land on the outside and do no damage. How will the hook overcome the shoulde roll? I canonly picture it being a problem if you go for his temple on the other side of his head, but Floyd usually ducks them or covers up and blocks with his right hand. If you get through with it, then you have penetrated the other side and have not actually directly done away with his roll. I don't see anyway arouns the roll apart from the overhand right. Fatton did try it, but Floyd just ened up rolling even further back. IMo when he is rolling his chin is overprotected so you need to aim for other **** like his temple of his nose
