Bradley vs. Guzman Hangs on The WBO's Decision

BoxingScene.com has learned that a potential fight between junior welterweight champion Timothy Bradley and unbeaten challenger Joan Guzman is hanging on the WBO's final decision. There have been talks between both sides and a verbal deal was reached. The fight was sent to the WBO for approval, and the sanctioning body has yet to render a decision. The fight, should it get approved by the WBO, would likely take place in August and Showtime would televise.

Once Guzman beats Bradley, I want him back at 135.

I wonder how much speed Guzman will have at 140. If he ain't as quick, I'd pick Tim to win.

What do they weigh-in the decision if they accept a bout or not. Guzman didn't fight anybody recognizable @135 that could hurt his chances
