I'm saying that it wasn't some hater, which you claimed it was - it was an article in the world's most prestigious boxing magazine. So if they got it wrong, which is possible, but not yet proven, then you can't blame people for the fact that they believed a report yesterday from such a usually reliable source.

And you're very quick to believe the boxingscene article, despite the fact that it doesn't quote any sources. It's quite possible that Mark Vester is right, and that The Ring article is wrong, but until someone from Mayweather's camp is prepared to go on the record about it, I am keeping open minded about who is right and who is wrong.

Did you happen to see it? I actually didn't watch the whole fight but I saw parts of it on YouTube.

I also forgot to mention that Casamayor is a slick boxer albeit faded though I'll admit. A prime for prime matchup between him and Floyd when they were both at 130 would've been competitive in my view. I'm not gonna get into who dodged who.
