Dawson is starting to look like the type of guy who targets older fighters and avoids the "best". I give him cred for fighting Adamek but since then, he has been less than impressive. Floyd did say that Dawson was the best fighter in the world, I guess he likes the way Dawson goes after guys that he knows he can beat- reminds him of himself, he said that he was the best too!
At 168 he can really prove himself.

"In a recent interview Dawson's promoter Gary Shaw mentioned Allan Green as a "possible" future opponent for Dawson, along with the following names-Jermain Taylor, Carl Froch and Mikkel Kessler".
In other words Chad Dawson is looking for some of the top guys so why the fluck are ppl complaining?

All of the 'young' guys in and around his division (Froch, Kessler, Bute, Cloud, Diaconu) are older than Dawson, yet none of them have more impressive resumes.
He's fought good opposition thus far, we'll have to wait and see who he faces next before deciding if he should be criticised.

Makes perfect sense, there's no contradiction or problem there at all, Chad.
Much better than facing the guy many believe you didn't quite beat.
Heck, at least it's not Paul Williams at 168 like he also alluded to before. Christ all mighty, welcome to the LHW king Dawson, it's my time now, he said a few months ago. I like this guy, but do us a favour.

Allan Green, for as gifted a fighters as he is, is mental. He hasn't been nearly as active as he should be. He has a nervous twitch in the ring always looking down at his feet. He beat Carlos De Leon Jr....uuummmm, yeah good.
Dawson would present problems for him. Dawson would beat Glen Johnson. If Dawson were to stay at 175 he should fight the winner of Adrian Diaconu/Jean Pascal. The money and the names are at 168. The division is staked right now.
And what the hell is going on with Kessler? Dude should be in his prime and his promoters are fighting over him like a baby?

Green should be looking for a fight with Ward, the man that beat the man that beat him! something like that.
