Should Marquez back out of the Mayweather fight?

With news that Mayweather-Marquez is no longer at a catchweight of 144 (like 144 was fair for a guy who has fought his entire life practically at 126) and is now at 147 , should Juan Manuel back out if he can?

I don't know the details of their contract so I don't even know it is possible to back out but if he could , should he?

I think Golden Boy Promotions sold Marquez out tbh. If he can back out I'm sure he can get a better deal to fight Pacquiao for a 3rd match instead or at the very least maybe he can get more money for fighting Mayweather. I think Arum/Roach wouldn't mind fighting Marquez before Mayweather.

(1) JMM wanted the fight with Mayweather just like Mosley wanted but Mosley would want more money that JMM was willing to settle for.

(2) If the fight does happen at 147 then Mayweather is a ***** to me just because he could have fought any other WW who wouldnt make more than JMM.

(3) Even if the fight happens at 147 why should JMM pull out??? It doesnt make business or any sense, JMM cant be begging pacman/Arum for a fight all the time while getting the short-end of the stick all the time, Win or lose against Mayweather he would have more leverage going into a fight with Paq.

Marquez shouldnt back out but thats pretty ****ed up that Mayweather went back on his word, What happen why did it get change from 144 to 147??? Mayweather is a small WW, he can make 144.
