      Here's a source for you.

      Calzaghe in 2003.

This is London magazine has been established for over 65 years, providing readers with information about events, exhibitions, music, concerts, theatre and dining. As life returns to normal, Londoners are heading back into the Capital and many visitors are already coming from further afield.

      Quote:
"I could probably give Jones a tough fight, probably the best fight he's ever had," said Calzaghe. "But I know my capabilities and unless I got paid the crown ***els I wouldn't want to risk it."
"I have no fear whatsoever of Jones... I would jump on the next plane to the States and defend my title against him in his own backyard if the opportunity arose," he said.

Calzaghe's comments came after Jones hinted he may step down a weight for his next fight, following a disappointing display against Eric Harding.

"I am the best super-middleweight in the world and I am out to prove that I am the best fighter on the planet. If Jones disagrees, lets get it on," he said.

"Jones is supposed to be the best fighter in the world at the moment. A showdown between us has got to happen to prove who is the best."

Now Calzaghe will risk his undefeated record on the other side of the Atlantic. He is expected to fight in the United States for the first time this summer, but ambitions to step up a level to take on the No1 light-heavyweight Roy Jones seem likely to be thwarted.

Jones was offered $5m (£3.5m) to fight Calzaghe by the US television company Showtime earlier this year, but has since renewed his contract with Showtime's rivals HBO, making the fight unlikely in the foreseeable future and Calzaghe may attempt instead to seek super-middleweight unification contests.

Sorry dude, I'm not buying--and I never bought in.

Jeff Lacy is who he is. A decent pug.
You're missing my point. I've always said he was overrated but just not the bum he's made out to be now. The reason for him being so **** now is because of the sever injury. Take away his main weapon (left hook) and it's a big disadvantage. The humiliating beatdown probably didn't help either.

For someone who's not even a fan you seem to spend an awful lot of time talking about him. There's alot of fighters I hate but I wouldn't spend most of my time talking **** about them.

          Yeah. It's shameless.

Sure. You can appreciate a fighter, but don't lose your credibility and integrity over them by doing things of that nature.

I personally don't see how they can even look at themselves in the mirror.

PS. From what i can see, It doesnt say that fight was offered in America, it says he is expected to fight in america for the 1st time, but he the jones fight might not happen in the forseeable future.
