I wouldn't put Eubank up there either. He was pretty done in my opinion. So I'll leave your statement as Kessler and Hopkins.
like i said before im a fan not a nuthugger

personally i think the eubank was one of zaghes best wins, eubank went up to CW and gave carl thompson two very hard fights despite having trouble making weight, whats more eubank had just tasted defeat recently and had a point to prove.

was eubank old? yes, without doubt, but done? no i dont think so.

No not really. But you can keep hoping that I am if it makes you feel better about yourself lol

Hopkins and it aint even close. I mean, do you honestly think that Hard Nard would've barely sc****d by Robin Reid with a split decision victory and give Mario Viet a rematch after knockin him out in the first round?

Say the internet dork who has spent his time here trying to "win" online and make himself look cool. truly sad.

It's still funny after all this time you follow me around AND expect anyone to take you seriously as an objective or knowledgeable poster.

If you chose Calzaghe, stop watching boxing.

I dont expect anything lol. Its an internet forum. I dont try to make myself look cool, objective or knowledgable. Those are god given traits, mate.

As for "following you around", i wouldnt exactly have to be Poirot to find you. It wouldnt be a Calzaghe thread without at least 15 posts from you.

Sad thing is I've actually seen all of Calzaghe's meaningful fights, and some decent C level ones to boot (Manfredo, Sheika, Veit). And unequivocably the amount of decent opposition he faced PALES in comparison to what Hopkins was up against.

Calzaghe beat 43 year old Hopkins, Kessler, Chris Eubank, Robin Reid, Jeff Lacy, and Sakio Bika. He's got 4 SEMI credible wins below that in Richie Woodhall, Charles Brewer, Bryon Mitchell, Roy Jones Jr. They are semi credible because Jones was shot, Brewer was past his prime, Mitchell simply wasn't good period, and Woodhall also wasn't good. Don't believe me? Check their resumes and report back with the "quality" opposition they were beating around the time they met Calzaghe.

Hopkins beat Felix Trinidad, Oscar De La Hoya, Winky Wright, Kelly Pavlik, Action Jackson, Glen Johnson, Simon Brown, Robert Allen (x2), Antwun Echols (x2), Keith Holmes, Carl Daniels, William Joppy, Howard Eastman, and Antonio Tarver. He then has a semi credible win in Lupe Aquino. Seriously people, just count. Hopkins is clearly ahead in his accomplishments. His Middleweight resume is still better than Calzaghe's LHW resume.

And whoever the guy is that called DLH not even one of Hopkins 10 best wins has a lot to learn about boxing.
