Hopkins is higher, though Hopkins gets overated by a lot of people. His best/most of his wins are from smaller guys who come up in weight to fight him who don't have a fair chance. (De La Hoya, Trinidad, Winky Wright etc.)

Trinidad and DLH didn't have a chance? Idk bout that...

Trinidad had won at 160 before he met Bernard...

I went for Borehard Slopkins, though largely for what he did at LHW rather than his MW reign.

Both had pretty piss-poor careers, really, though a lot of Borehard fans don't like to admit that. Of course, I imagine if Calzaghe had got in the ring with a five foot Mexican ****sexual then De La Hoya would have given him fits.

1 fight at 160 doesn't make you a natural at the weight, it takes ages to settle into a weight class. That's like saying David Haye should be able to beat both the Klitschko bros because he's faced Monte Barrett at Heavyweight.

I'm going with skills, past prime Calzaghe clearly beat Hopkins and **** ****d him.

                Calzaghe >>> Hopkins
Not only did he not come close to clearly beating him, but he didnt come close to beating a 43 year old Hopkins at LHWs.
Hopkins > Calzaghe overall legacy. Anyone who disagrees honestly doesnt know what the hell they are talking about.

                  woah that's a bit harsh

when you're considered one of the 3 or 5 best middleweights ever and are one of the 4 boxers to have ever been featured on the top 10 P4P list over 10 years you ain't done too bad

nor have you if you're universally considered the best super middleweight ever and retired an undefeated multi weight champion (well... it was only the ring belt at LHW...)

"P4P" don't mean **** to me... it's just fat balding journalists making **** up. "Yeah, Hopkins could beat any fighter if they were the same size... but he's not, so here's another barn burner with Robert Allen."

Hopkins would get ****d by Hagler.
