Is this true or is Marciano really that great?

I'm not sure, that's why i'm asking first.
He beat Archie Moore, Rex Layne, Jersey Joe Walcott, Ezzard Charles and an old (but still good) Joe Louis. The better question is, can you name any other big names from that heavyweight era than the ones I just mentioned?

I don't think any fighter who won a "world title" is overrated.
I don't know why theres all these hate for JOE C... I wasn't fan of his but he did beat MK, BHOP & RJJ.

Muhammed Ali is the most over-hyped, overrated fighter of all time.

He was a great heavyweight, but he's not what the media made him out to be.

Primo Carnera, he was controlled by the mob and literally all his fights were fixed. He was a giant like no one in that day had scene but he punched like Paulie Malignaggi, but since he was huge people thought he could kill a man with a punch so the mob took advantage of that.

Calzaghe is probably top ten, but there are so many other hyped-up frauds in boxing history, like Marciano, Roberto Duran, and Willie Pep and all the other boxers who fought in the old days when they could dominate competition that wasn't that good (just like how ****** people think Babe Ruth was the greatest baseball player when he only looked good cuz he played during segregation).

That is how Mayweather became great
What about when he was super feather weight king????? he fought everyone there including a undefeated diego corrales.

i think foyd is not overrated but he is no great fighter either... he is a good champ that is all.. but he fought good competition, and was outweighted most of the time by bigger oponents.
