Ricky Hatton's Final Fight is Backed By David Haye

Rickys only ever lost to 2 guys and each was THE p4p number 1 at the time so his record aint bad but IMO he is done, his career as an elite fighter is over
I think Ricky above all other boxers actually OWES it to his fans to have a farewell fight at home, they wont give a **** if he fights a no hoper they will show up to see their hero fight 1 last time, after thousands paid top dollar and flew over to America to see the guy fight he should fight at home with cheap ticket prices as a thanks for the support - he can afford it!
Still id like a Mega showdown with Amir Khan tho, Khan would smash him in my opinion.Comment

Former undisputed heavyweight champion David Haye is backing a farewell fight for Ricky Hatton. The Manchester fighter is still mulling a decision on whether or not he plans to retire from the ring. While fighters like Carl Froch are calling for Ricky to walk away, Haye says a final fight is not out of the question. Haye says that Hatton did not take a lot of punishment during his two-round knockout loss to Manny Pacquiao. [details]

I have an idea. After Haye is destroyed by Wlad and Froch is exposed by any descent fighter with punching power then they can both fight on the under card, with Hatton as the main event, on an all British retirement fight card.Comment

hatton can continue fighting for the alphabet belts at 140 and he would most probably successful. Just cut his ambition becoming a P4P king again. Not even trying to be a 140 Lineal champion while Pacman still rules!Comment
