You are already ready to blame floyd for something that hasnt happened and you are taking face value into what he says to promote himself or a fight, there is a huge difference between what goes on behind the talk and stuff thats said to make themselves be portrayed in a certain light.

lol @ this. Pac shows up at 148 fight time. If floyd shows up ALSO at 147/48 fight time, how the hell is this even relevant? ESPECIALLY if marquez comes in at 144-148.

Anybody who has fought before can tell you its the adding or taking off of weight leading up to the weigh in that effects you. If your body doesn't have the proper time to get use to a higher weight, it effects you. If it doesn't have time to replenish after dropping to much weight, it effects you.

You are asking me to condemn floyd for fighting marquez because marquez wants to prove himself for moving up in weight, you are busy concentrating on the fact that marquez has never moved up, but marquez chased pac to 135, then he planned on chasing pac at 140, by fighting floyd at 143, he is fighting at the same pace that pac would be fighting when he takes on potential welter fights like cotto/mosley etc. I dont see how you keep the focus on what marquez hasnt done, when he was CLEARLY planning on doing it anyway.

of course there will drama, it's a historical mega fight! but at this stage, the drama is nothing compared to the drama of the hagler/leonard fight, leonard big under dog coming off retirement, hagler playing hard to get coz SRL did the same thing when hagler was calling him out.
