We all saw Hatton on HBO at that fight before his but I cant remember who was fighting. Lampley did the interview with him and Lampley called him out on TV because Hatton was saying how great camp was but he had 2 black eyes. That was a sign right there.

Now, with all that being said. Hatton was going to get KO anyways. Lets all be real about that but maybe he couldve made it look more competitive
Lets be real , Ricky told people to bet their house , what are you saying he was just lying to his fans as a joke ,,,, he said he was having the best camp of his career , if he want to be half real he could have said nothing , but his real was tell his fans flat out lies ,,,, yeah lets be real Hatton is a bull****er !!

Ray Hatton says he's not making excuses...and he says that wasn't Ricky that he knows...are your ****in kiddin..all of Ricky's fight was like that..even the Malagnaggi bout was too hype up by everyone. I've been saying all along that PACQUIAO and Malagnaggi is not in the same level...Malagnaggi is garbage...Bottomline is Ricky Hatton fought the same way as he always did, thats why the fight ended so quickly, Roach knew that if Ricky fought his usual way it would end quickly..

Floyd Mayweather, Jr. - "The ref, Cortez, wouldn't let me fight my fight. Also, I'm not a welterweight. ".

Juan Lazcano - "Billy Graham wasn't giving me the training I needed".

Manny Pacquiao - "Floyd Mayweather, Sr had a chaotic training camp".

IT IS NEVER ABOUT RICKY'S CAPABILITIES.

No if camp was a problem, he should have told MAYWEATHER SR. to get the **** out of here and take your KOOL AID. 24/7 didn't hide everything, they showed as seen where MAYWEATHER was late cause he had to get his taco bell. Thats the difference, MAYWEATHER is unprofessional, you get paid to train someone, just like in the real world, when your your often late for work, your employer will fire your ass. With that said, **** postponing it and cause everyone alot of money, they should have just told MAYWEATHER TO :wank:

24/7 showd us all the signs we needed to see, they just presented it in a more lighthearted manner. Didn't end up too lighthearted when Ricky was totally unprepared and got KO'ed did it HBO?

then don't take the fight for ****s sake. Jeez what a tool.

"but that's Hatton for you, a real warrior, he'll go into battle even if he isn't properly prepared"

Quisqueya the following isn't about Ricky's capabilities all the excuse making shows quite the opposite.

"They seem very keen to say Hatton should have pulled out of fights when he has bad nights. I'm not saying these things aren't true, I'm just tired of hearing about them."

Amen, I am sick to death of it. Plus it was bad enough all the "I'm the bigger, stronger man" and how Ricky ragged Pac's win over DLH .. when he himself didn't even want to fight Oscar .. yet after Manny demolishes him, Hatton says he'd do the same .. yeah okay.

If Ray Hatton's gonna come out and say stuff like this .. after his son got whooped in 2 rounds

it makes you think .... why'd Ricky bother taking the fight at all?

wouldn't that have just been a better idea all along? to just not fight Pacquiao?

and besides, what would 2-3 months difference make .. that's the summer, and we know how the hot Vegas weather effects Hatton (it slows him down, duh)

                    ****in pathetic.

                      .
Ya know, that's a GREAT point that I didn't see anyone else bring up.

Hatton had a chance to take a DLH fight, and he didn't want it. In his mind, he saw DLH fight FMJ tough, and he knows FMJ dusted him off. So he picked what he thought would be the easier fight.

You are exactly right. He ducked Oscar, then derided Manny's win.
