I believe that you have been here but you act like you don't know boxing when you pretend like Fraud is the only fighter to have been accused of ducking someone. Fighters have retired to avoid other fighters in the past.

As far as JMM/Pac, it is possible but I'm not sure. It's hard to say that you ducked someone after you beat them. Pac fought the best 140lber so its not like he hasn't been challenging himself.

I know for a couple of rounds but he isn't a pure boxer. He can box using his jab but that's it. He has to plant his feet when he throws punches and he isn't a pure boxer. He will not box more than he will pressure

I don't know much about boxing, i've only been watching it since I was 8 years old, I do have a lot to learn, i apologize for my unreasonable posts. Most posters on NSB are quick to pull the trigger on the "Mayweather ducked [insert fighter here]" while other fighters get excuses like "It's hard to say that you ducked someone after you beat them."

That was hardly a beating, never seen anyone being beaten so bad that they get KD'd 4 times and come back for a draw, That was some beating. Props to Pacquiao for his win over the lineal champ at JWW. Hatton was 152lbs on fight night in both Mayweather and Pacman fights, Floyd KO'ed him first, so even more props to Floyd.

Manny is fully aware that a pure boxer who possesses good lateral movement and sound fundamentals will give him immense problems. Juan Manuel Marquez proved this point to perfection in both of his fights with Pacquiao. Manny fights well with fighters who are overly aggressive but is there to be hit and exposed for his lack of true boxing ability. This is not to say Pacquiao isn't a great fighter, he obviously is but some styles simply are made for others and Mayweather has the style to beat Manny by wide UD.

The only people who cannot see this are blinded by Pacquiao's recent victories, and as much as I dislike Mayweather the fact remains that Manny CAN be outboxed by a patient counterpuncher who forces Manny to come forward. It's a fact.

Agreed. My question is this: Why is it acceptable for Manny to fight Oscar at 147, but anyone else at 147(Mosley, Cotto, and others) have to meet at an imaginary weightclass of 143? Isn't that admitting publicly that Manny simply cannot fight at 147 unless somebody is faded/weightdrained/weakened? Freddie Roach is clearly stating that he won't let Manny fight at 147 due to his "disadvantages" and says anyone that wants Pacquiao has to be at a catchweight, and I find this laughable and utterly hypocritical. Either fight at 140 and say we aren't going to risk losing to naturally bigger and stronger fighters(which is LOGICAL and there is no shame in admitting), or say you know what Manny can fight only up to 140 and that's it.

Anyone else find this ridiculous? What's the point of weightclasses if you are going to be a ***** and weightdrain bigger guys simply so you don't lose to them? What's next, tie one hand behind their back and get them drunk before he fights them too? Psh.
