                pacquiao is a career featherweight. he is moving up to take on challenges and earn more money. floyd is a welterweight. beating smaller men does not increase your greatness.

                        Floyd fought 80% of his career at lightweight and below. But all of a sudden he's a career welterweight.

                                Top 20 still. He's still behind Duran, Hearns, Leonard and Hagler IMO who are near the bottom top 10 or just after it.

                                I'mk not fooled by everyone Pac's an ATG, so is Floyd but there is a reason Pac fights guys who come to him. It's who he does best against, Floyd will toy with him and KO him. I'm not saying Pac can't beat non aggressive guys but it's the guys that make him look the best. If Marquez at 130 can tag, wobble and hurt Pacquiao repeatedly Mayweather can KO him.
