Damn, some of your posts turn me on!

I would like to see Hopkins fighting Calzaghe, Dawson, Froch or Adamek.

I don`t want to look at Dawson at all, but i would like to see him fighting Johnson or Hopkins...

I don`t want to look at Joe at all, unless he gives Hopkins a rematch...

What for?! You're the one going on about 'legacy' fights, but that doesn't even resemble one. Yes, Johnson might 'deserve' it but what does fighting Johnson again achieve for Dawson? Not much money, no new scalp, and his career and earnings potential take a huge hit if he ends up losing a very loseable fight. All risk and no reward.

Ermm, he lost the last fight imo, so he should give Johnson a rematch, that's better than a rematch with tarver.

Hopkins is not getting in the ring with him, unless he thinks he can win, same for calzaghe, so if these two dont fight him, who else does he fight right now? he already whooped the cruiserweight champ Hopkins wanted to fight.

Joe C ain't comin back, and if he did he'd beat Chad anyway. Just rematch Glen already.

Maybe that is the reason why do we respect champions
              Because they take "loseable" fights

Calzaghe should come back, he would look good on Dawson's resume and would already probably place him in the hall of fame with the win. Him looking bad or not last night, Calzaghe is not Tarver. Hes not as defensive, hes not as strong and he doesn't punch as hard. People are making a mistake if they're actually looking at that fight as a measuring stick against Joe. This is how people lose bets.

Dunno about "murdered", but I think Zaggs would make him look like he was fresh out of the amature ranks. Dawson looked good last night against Tarver, but honestly....Tarver looked like ****. He threw maybe 20 meaningful power punches (most of which didn't land), his jab looked like he was using it to brush dust off his favorite glassware, and he looked gassed by the 4th round. I'm actually embarassed and ashamed I imagined he'd even be competetive, much less have a chance of catching Dawson with a big left and winning by a KO. Stick a fork in his ass, 'cause Tarver is D-O-N-E.

Dawson shows alot of promise, but he needs to work on his counterpunching, and learn to put some lethal intent on his hook and straight left. Nice jab, doesn't throw it enough early.
