Calzaghe would win in my eyes theres nothing in beating Tarver, to be fair beating Tarver doesn't mean you deserve a fight with Calzaghe.

You mean the Tarver who beat prime Roy Jones twice? The Roy Jones who way past his prime dropped Calzaghe in the first round, being 40 years of age? Sure Tarver is not in his prime but if you are aZaghe fan you should not say stuff like that cause your man fought 2 40 year olds in a row, and those were his biggest fights. Dawson's biggest win was Adamek, a prime LEGIT champion who went on to dominate north of Dawson's division. Calzaghe doesn't have that. Both undefeated fighters he beat went on to be no bodies, losing to Taylor (Lacy) lol and Kessler almost 30 and still in Denmark!!!

And look at how close the Hopkins fight was.......

The thing that pisses me off bout Calzaghe is that he clearly and catergorically said that he wouldnt fight Roy because Roy was past his prime, but he went on to do so anyway?

          What a complete ***** move.

Chad Dawson beats both Calzaghe and Hopkins. Hopkins he out hustles early and either stops him or just wins a wide decision. Calzaghe would probably get dropped early again like he did against Hopkins and Jones. The early would be Joe's best chance at winning this fight, but being dropped he decids to shoe-shine and will have nothing on his punches by trying to outwork Dawson. Chad will walk through what Joe has in this case and he beats the againg Joe in a relatively close fight

Im not too fused whether he fights Hopkins or not, i mean Hopkins's proved us wrong so many times before. I dont really want him to continue fighting.

Hopkins dont owe no one ****.

You're a moron, he clearly beat bika. And the other two fights were close ones that could have gone either way. Close fights aren't robbery.

Don't think it would be that close. Calzaghe is like 37 but he's as active as a small FW. The problem for him is his defense and how many openings he leaves. Someone like Jones or Hopkins couldn't tag that for 12 rounds because they didn't have the stamina anymore. Chad Dawson is not the most active puncher but he's darn accurate and can finish Zaghe if he hits him hard.

Funny but I remember 3 fights ago a 40 year old Glen Johnson BEATING Dawson from pillar to post ,hurting him in at least 3 different rounds ,getting robbed and now forgotten.Dawson since has had 2 fights with ANOTHER 40 YEAR OLD in Tarver.By the way Hopkins dominated Tarver far WORSE than Dawson. So Dawsons last 3 fights have been against 3 40 year olds.Still Calzaghe at 37 (not exectcly prime considering he turned pro at 21) gets all this crap.

Once calzaghe has warmed up a bit he has an excellent chin. Dawson was hurt by Johnson badly. He's 27 years old, 10 years younger than Joe. He has time to build his own legacy. He needs to start building his name by calling out the other title holders in his division such as Zsolt Erdei and Diancu. Calling them out and then going to whoop them in their back yard. Once he has cleaned the division then he can pick. What is it with fighters automatically assuming they deserve the big money fights when they are still green? It's like Darchinyan calling out Pac. It's a joke.

Dawson needs to fight those in his division, move down to 168 if he can make it or just shut the **** up.
