they deducted points from barrera and they didn't count barrera's knockdown of jmm.

jmm turned down a morales fight. that's how pacquiao got a fight with morales.

jmm could have fought naseem too just like barrera but jmm turned down that fight as well.

Because he hit JMM when he was down. Even if they counted it, the foul wouldve negated it.

Earlier in their careers it was Morales who avoided JMM.
