I dunno. I view Pac's career accomplishment much more as his ability to successfully ascend through the weight classes than i do him holding down any division for a substantial time.

Which division do you feel Pac king'd? 130 was prolly his most dominant division, but he fought 7 or 8 fights and 3 of those were Erik.

I was referring to Pea. He had lengthy reigns at 35 and 47.

For any doubters, just watch how Sweetpea embarrased DeLaHoya wheny they fought. It was like Ray Charles versus James Brown. De La Hoya couldn't hit **** and he was trying different angles and punches that would surprise even awkward fighters. None of them landed. At that time, De La Hoya was considered an accurate and powerful puncher. That's how good Sweetpea was.

Just imagine how much he'd make Manny miss and don't get me wrong I loves Da Pacman.

Pernell Whitaker. Come on guys! For all who are anti-pbf sure are doing him a huge favor by hyping pacq this high. pacq is good no doubt about that, but he is far from great.

Why is this a surprise? We've debated Pea's standing extensively this week and I'm amazed how easily his accomplishments are discarded. In their respected Top 80 of the past 80 Years list, Ring Magazine had Pea ranked number nine. Not top 20, not top 15, but top 10. His accomplishments are ridiculous, the dominant manner in which he won equally impressive.

Manny Pacquiao is top 30-50 IMO at the moment. He could rise significantly following a win over Floyd, for instance. But until he does that, this isn't even a debate.

You can't get more dominant than a KO and looks like MR. Whitaker had really light hands. 17 KOs in 40 wins is not more dominant than all the KO wins Manny had especially against Morales (2), Barrera, Hatton, ODLH.

Of course, head to head and ATG lists are different things but it's enough to say Pea earned his and can be seen front to end. One day, Pac will have the same.
