We have seen time and time again in history that because fighter A beats fighter B and fighter B beats fighter C, doesn't mean fighter C can't beat fighter A......

Marg still showed incredible spirit and chin against Mosley. That fight would have been over a long time ago for most fighters, Marg took some serious punishment, more than he should have because he didn't want to quit on his stool.

Say what you want but that takes heart and balls my friend.

Marg is an idiot for cheating and people are going to think he did it vs Cotto....I personally don't know or claim to know. All I know is if I'm in a bar fight and I'm out numbered, I want Antonio Margarito watching my back...
Marg got his @ss beat by Mosley. Cotto would have done the same...plaster ****ed it up though.

Nah.....Mosley was something special that night. Cotto hit Marg more than Mosley did and couldn't make a dent...

It's called lack of confidence. This has been explained a million times before...no plaster, no confidence, no win.

I'm not going to get into this **** because I, just like you, don't know what happened.

All I know is, Cotto was hitting Marg with everything but the kitchen sink and he was eating his punches like carne asada tacos on the street corner and washing it down with a Jarrito de Tamarindo.

Nah, Tony just partied way too hard after beating Cotto and put on way too much weight. They were calling him the Tijuana Torta.
I dont even think he wanted the Mosley fight but he took it to stay busy, thinkin' it be easy.
Underestimating your opponent and dropping weight too fast=getting your ass kicked.
A focused, serious Tony wins the rematch.

I've been watching boxing for 13 years, clearly the betting odds are never exactly spot on when it comes to elite fighters.

But it gives you a scope of the general opinion. And the general opinion the night of Mosley/Margs was that Shane was basically going to his own execution.

The tone of Cotto/Margs was significantly different, and I think that says a lot about the nature of those two particular fights.

I won't deny Margarito showed a ton of heart and balls against Mosley. Nobody has ever questioned whether or not Antonio Margarito had heart and balls in spades.

But he ruined all of that, and he'll likely never be taken seriously by anybody other than his own fanbase (whatever's left of it) ever again.

But everybody seems to have forgiven Mosley for taking 'roids, so you never know......

I don't know about that. I think there's just a certian guy for a certian fighter, it's just the way it is. Like Barrera get's ko'd by Junior Jones, yet goes on to become an ATG.

Nobody remembers Junior Jones now but yet Barrera couldn't beat him...

Mosley is no slouch, he's a great fighter and he mustered one up that night.

                    Haha...WTF...

All I know is that Cotto was putting on a boxing clinic untill the 6th round...

Some will say that the 6th round is where Margarito's bones grow in strength...like some kind of mexican wolverine....

But now we all know that it's because of his little plaster Tacos he hides in his pads.

Why wouldn't his punches be the same strength they where in round 1 in round 9? explain to me ...How does a man make his fist stronger?...Does Margarito have super bones that increase in density as a fight wears on?

It's a matter of fact that Boxers lose strength in ther punches as the fight progress.

So Capetillo just basicly owned himself....

"Hey Margarito that plaster should be ready by now...But don't get to confident this mother ***er might still bust your ass even with your new "solidPunches"

Is what the suspended trainer was basicly saying...

                    You...Capetillo and Margarito all lose.

                    BOOM.

Cotto also barely went to the body against Tony.

                      Shane did.

                      A lot.

He also sat down on his shots, unlike Cotto. Cotto was usually throwing on his backfoot, inable to plant his feet because Tony was moving forward after him.

And Cotto also went to the ropes like an idiot way too much, often times actually sitting on the middle rope, trying to regain lost stamina while Margarito was working him over like a cheap whore.
