Kessler still has plenty of opportunities to increase his legacy which will boost Joe's win over him, Lacy on the other hand is done. The injury coupled with that beating he took from Calzaghe effectively ended his career. Unless you think Dawson will receive a Lacy type smashing, he can still continue on improving his career after a loss or a win against Joe.

What i am saying is ..."and i think you get it" ....is that Dawson hasn't really done **** all yet ....so if Calzaghe was to fight him and put a master class on him .....what would everyone call Dawson then? and how much would calzaghes stock go up for beating him? Nomore than it did for beating Lacy or Kessler ...who to where both unbeaten young champions like Dawson !
So if he dont get no credit for beating two other young unbeaten champs in Lacy and Kessler ....what make everyone gonna give him props for fighting another one !?

Of course he gets credit for Kessler and Lacy. They put him on the P4P list and gained him mass exposure. The point I am trying to make is Lacy{finished} as well as Kessler haven't accomplished anything of note since they lost. Having those names as your best victories is no way to define a legacy. Ending a career against Jones also doesn't help his cause either. Lets be honest, there is room for improvement when it comes to Joe.
